Girls Varsity Volleyball · Bella Peroni Named to AVCA All-Region Team

Beaumont School senior libero Bella Peroni was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region Five Team, the association announced on Monday (Nov. 9).

A total of 10 regions represent our nation’s 50 states. The number of athletes on each all-region team is determined by the number of Under Armour All-America nominations each region receives.

The top 50 percent of nominated athletes, as selected by the AVCA regional committees, are named to their respective all-region team.

Peroni, a Niagara University commit, is one of 26 student-athletes from Ohio to earn the honor.

As a junior, Peroni was named to the All-North Coast League first team and was a second team all-district pick in addition to earning a spot on the News-Herald honor roll.
