The Beaumont School swimming team scored 156 points at the Hilltopper Invitational, hosted Saturday (Dec. 7) by Chardon High School.
That was good for sixth place in a field of 24 teams.

Sophomore Camryn Koonce was fourth in the 100 fly (1:07.96) and took seventh in the 100 IM (1:07.27).
Senior Ella Lisac was fifth in the 50 free (26.59) and seventh in the 50 back (31.84). In that same 50 free race, sophomore Mateja Rudmann was ninth with a time of 27 seconds which added nine points to the team score.
Beaumont also scored 27 points in the 100 breaststroke event: senior True Robinson was fourth with a time of 1:16.22 and junior Audrey Zorman came in seventh (1:17.48).
The Blue Streaks came in fourth in both the 200 medley relay (2:02.66) and the 200 free relay (1:49.88).
Lisac, Robinson, Koonce and Rudmann made up the medley relay while Lisac, Rudmann, Koonce and junior Maria Jones made up the 200 free relay quartet.
Jones also paired with Zorman and sophomores Ellie Hanna and Lauren Harmat on the 200 medley relay team that placed 15th with a time of 2:10.55.
Beaumont will be in action again on Tuesday (Dec. 10) for a meet at Cleveland State University. The Blue Streaks will swim against Magnificat, Our Lady of the Elms and St. Vincent-St. Mary and races starts at 6:00 p.m.
