The Beaumont School volleyball program pulled off its second sweep in three days with wins over Archbishop Hoban at all three levels on Thursday (Sep. 27) night.
Beaumont swept Trinity program-wide in seven sets on Tuesday (Sep. 25). On Thursday, the freshmen beat Hoban in two sets while the junior varsity needed three to earn the road victory.
In the varsity match, Beaumont won the first set 25-21 before the Knights evened things up with a 25-15 win in set number two.
Coach Royer’s team responded with 25-9 and 25-23 victories to get out of Akron with the win.
Sophomore Darby Leininger had 16 kills and six digs. Freshman Alycen Radolovic chipped in 13 kills and matched Leininger’s six digs.
Senior Grace Leinweber led the team with 16 digs.
The Blue Streaks are back in action on Saturday (Sep. 29) at Mentor. There is no freshmen match and the JV will start at 11:00 a.m. with varsity to follow.
