The Beaumont School volleyball program swept Trinity High School on Tuesday (Sep. 25) night.
After the freshmen and junior varsity squads both prevailed in straight sets, the varsity took care of the Trojans 25-14, 25-23 and 25-16.
It was Beaumont’s second North Coast League victory of the season.
Sophomore Darby Leininger had 12 kills and freshman Alycen Radolovic chipped in nine. Sophomore Tyan Williams finished with six kills, many of them coming off assists from sophomore setter Sarah Yohann who was credited with 32 helpers.
Leininger led the team with 17 digs and senior Sydney Fitzcharles had 11 while her classmate Grace Leinweber scooped out nine balls.
Senior Emily Miklowski and sophomore Bella Peroni both finished with a team-best four aces.
The Blue Streaks are in action again on Thursday (Sep. 27) when they travel to Akron to battle Archbishop Hoban. Freshmen will get the tripleheader going at 4:30 p.m. with JV and varsity to follow.
