Carol Mack, DPT will be overseeing Beaumont School’s performance training during the 2018-19 school year.
Sessions will be held in the fitness center from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays/Thursdays starting next Tuesday, August 28th.
These training sessions will build student-athletes’ strength, quickness and explosiveness by focusing on agility training, plyometrics, weightlifting and core strength. Emphasis will be placed on proper form and safe Olympic lifting techniques. All students are welcome regardless of weight room experience.
ACL injury prevention training will be incorporated into all sessions.
