Multiple Teams · Beaumont Debuting New Performance Training Schedule Starting Monday (April 9)

Beaumont School’s performance coach Kim Curtis is re-structuring her weekly schedule to make more offerings available after school.

Starting on Monday (April 9), she will offer her ELITE Speed Power Training Course in the gymnasium from 3:15-4:15 p.m. These sessions will have a focus on speed, quickness and explosiveness.

On Wednesdays from 3:15-4:15 p.m., she will offer power development classes that will involve strength circuits, medicine ball training and Olympic lifts in the fitness center.

Every Thursday from 3:15-4:15 p.m., Coach Curtis will offer an ‘Athletic Yoga’ class that will assist with developing kinesthetic awareness, strength and flexibility.

All of these sessions are free of charge to Beaumont students so please join us!
