The Blue Streaks came up short on Tuesday night as they fell to Western Reserve Academy.  The Blue Streaks came out hot and took a 9-2 lead, but WRA fought back and finished the 1st quarter on a 8-0 run to take a 10-9 lead.  WRA stretched their lead to 23-15 at the half.  Beaumont continued to fight until the end but ran out of gas.

Sophomore Brigida Erjavec lead the Blue Streaks in scoring with 12 big points. The rest of the scoring was very balanced.  Senior Cayla Mercurio hit 2 3 pointers to finish with 6 points on the night.  Sophomore Hanna Pappas and Senior Claire Cary also chipped in 6.  Senior Jazmin Justice had 4, Senior Haley Hess had 2, and Junior Natalie Haddad rounded out the scoring by making a free throw.

The Blue Streaks will be back in action on Saturday as they host their last home game before the Christmas Break.  They will host Archbishop Hoban with freshman kicking off the action at 11, followed by JV at 12:30, and Varsity at 2pm.  We look forward to a great game on Saturday!
